The Good Shepherd theme famously described in Psalm 23 is actually picked up and further developed in a number of places in the Bible. We begin our Good Shepherd series by looking at how this theme is developed in Jeremiah 23. The prophet Jeremiah adds a number of new twists to the Good Shepherd story, offering stern warnings of judgment and hope for future deliverance.
