It's easy to hear the word "Hospitality" and think of good hospitality as serving nice cookies with a nice cup of tea.  But hospitality is a much richer idea, and it has deep importance throughout the biblical narrative. In truth, an astonishing amount of teaching we find in the Bible--about salvation, about heaven, etc--uses the language of hospitality.  And through these passages we begin to get an idea of how hospitality is very near to God's heart.
