John the Baptist had an incredible connection to Jesus, starting even before they was born. And so it's heartbreaking to read of John's moment, in prison and in a state of despondency, asking of Jesus, "Should we look for another?" Jesus's response to John's grief is also a word for us today who have been through loss and confusion in the midst of the current pandemic.
